Jill JordanSound Therapist, Author, Producer When we use our voice to speak, we use one of the most, if not the MOST powerful healing tools we’ve been given in the this physical body, YOUR VOICE. Your voice is one of the most powerful tools available to you.
We all know the voice is for communication & expressing emotions. But did you know that it is also the healing tool for your body, it’s designed specifically for you, to create sound above and beyond communication and expression. It is also your own personal healing tool for your body. I’ll tell you a lil more about that later. First let's look at Natures physical and spiritual laws are what?
3 Law of Action - how we manifest things on earth. We must engage in actions make things happen 4 Law of Correspondence - laws of physics that explain the physical world, energy, Light, have their corresponding principles in the etheric or universe "As above, so below” This is also stated in the Hermetic Principles. 5 Law of Cause and Effect - Nothing happens by chance. Every Action(including thought) has a reaction or consequence "We reap what we sow” This is also stated in the Hermetic Principles. 6 Law of Compensation- The visible effects of our actions; money, friendships, blessings, experiences. 7. Law of Attraction - how we create the things, events and people that come into our lives. Like attracts like, whether positive or negative. 8. Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy - the power to create. Higher vibrations consume and transform, transmute lower ones; each of us can change the energies in our lives by understanding the Universal Laws and applying the principles in such a way as to effect change 9 Law of Relativity - This law can teach us balance, Like when we compare our problems to others problem, we can see a proper perspective. No matter how bad we perceive our situation to be, There is always someone in a worse position. Raining on a wedding day may appear bad, rain in a drought is life saving. Its all relative. 10 Law of Polarity - Everything is on a continuum and has an opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. This is also stated in the Hermetic Principles. 11 Law of Rhythm - Everything vibrates and moves to certain rhythms. We see this seasons, cycles, stages of development, and patterns. This is also stated in the Hermetic Principles. 12 Law of Gender - The law of gender manifests in all things as masculine and feminine. Yin & Yan This is also stated in the Hermetic Principles. By themselves, these laws are useless, but when you creatively apply them, you can achieve any endeavor you dedicate yourself to. You Truly understand them by experiencing them for yourself. In terms of using your voice, which is probably the most intentional action we create/use all day, every day, lets begin to understand that with our voice we can bring happiness or unhappiness to ourselves. We can bring peace and healing or pain and dis-ease. When we are unhappy or in pain we never want to think that it’s our choice, but it is our responsibility. Much of the time when we create unhappiness, its not intentional, we don’t set out to make ourselves unhappy. But if we are not mindful of how we are using our voice, we are likely to bring unwanted emotions, sadness, anger jealousy etc and perhaps even more detrimental, is we that we can cause problems in the physical body. This can happen almost instantly such as a tension headache, sore back, tight shoulders, or over time low frequencies can cause dis-ease in the body resulting in more serious ailments. You words are the declaration to the universe of your reality. They are powerful. They are your actions creating happiness or unhappiness, So stating... I am always lates usually keeps you stuck there and continue to be always late. I’m too fat, or tired, or busy usually keeps you in those states. But a shift in your words can start that shift in your life. Try something that is the opposite but also believable for you: I’m going to see how many times I can on time this week. fat-I’m perfect the way I am, but I am going eat a little better, because I love my body, it’s my great vehicle of this glorious life. Tired-I’m going see what energizes me today. Busy- I am remember how productive I am today. I am going to log everything I get done, - not what i didn’t get done. These are simple shifts. But they are powerful messages Not only to the infinite intelligence and universe of what you are declaring to create your happiness, but also to your body. Research now tells us that Sound is the organizational principle of, our Universe, of physical matter and most importantly, living matter. And We also know that Thoughts, words, actions, even emotions have frequency. We know Everything is Vibration, all materials, bodies, thoughts, and the Earth. Pythagoras said, “A stone is frozen music” Matter is composed of a symphony of frequencies, subatomic particles vibrating to a specific frequency. According to ancient texts, sound can create order out of chaos, from microscopic forms to planets, stars & galaxies. Current Science has proven that different frequencies cause beautiful and precise geometric patterns to form. Sound shapes the universe because sound is a vibration. There are also sounds coming from the planet that affect us and our sounds affect her. The study of this is called Geobiology. We are working with leading GEOB in the world for the movement for peace. We have events all over the world every July to raise the frequency and create peace. This year events are July 22 and July 28. We invite you all to join this movement for healing the world. It’s free and for everyone. It’s easy! Simply decide to join us on that day, either by yourself, with a group and attending one of the many events. We meditate on a moment of silence, we focus on the frequency of love and we recite the invocation for peace read by Eleanor Roosevelt at end of WWII. Individually and collectively, We have a great power to transmute energy, to raise the frequency of our bodies, our lives and our Planet. I’ve learned through research on sound, ancient history and the sounds of the planet, our geobiologist that we can create profound healing using sound. We found that the ancients used high harmonic energy centers on the planet to do their ceremonies. These are sacred sites around the world. They were used for centuries by ancient celts and druids. Later the same sites were used to build the great cathedrals by the Knights Templar and these have been followed by millions of people on the path to enlightenment for over 900 years. We find why these cathedrals and temples were built there is because of the frequencies from the planet. These frequencies, when we come together using sound, using our voices, in song, chanting and prayer, we can connect to frequencies that affect matter. That’s why their are spontaneous healings in and around these sacred sites, healing within the body and within the Earth. We are in a time when science is catching up with what the ancients know and practiced. Pythagorus was a genius in music, but also a master in mathematics and the father of geometry. He understood, they all go together. Patterns we see in Nature repeat in mathematical equations that create geometry. All things grow by the set of natural laws. We see these patterns repeated in flowers, shape of a river, inside the acorn and the grand oak. Also inside every cell of your body. We also see the same geometric shapes in the galaxies. They are formed by frequencies. Sound or, Vibrational frequency, (law of vibration) is made up of waves, we see these when measured in heart and brain monitors, we use ultrasound to see unborn babies. Ultrasound also used to break up scar tissue and kidney stones. The new science in sound in medicine is incredible. Science can now map the sound of each cell, and it’s environment. Sonocytology is the science of identifying the ‘song’ of the cell. this work has revealed that every cell in our bodies has a unique sonic signature and ‘sings’ to its neighbors. According to CBC News of Friday, March 9, 2007 (//www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2007/03/09/science-nervessound-20070309.html#skip300x250), Our nerves do not transmit electricity as we were taught to believe, they in fact transmit sound. team of Danish scientists at Niels Bohr Institute. At the cellular level, all cells emit sound frequencies as a consequence of their metabolic processes. And we know that frequencies affect frequency. In sound healing, the principles of resonance, or BALANCE, re-harmonize cells that have been imprinted with disruptive frequencies. Disrupted imprints may have been a result of toxic substances, emotional traumas, from unseen frequencies such as cell phones internets microwaves, or long-term exposure to noise pollution and more. So our bodies are made of sound, frequencies, harmonics. We are a symphony in our most balanced state. Here’s why I wanted you to know all of this and how you can use it in your own life. The human voice is one of the most powerful tools available to humankind. Every word we speak carries the tone of our sound as an instrument of self-healing. Understanding how to tune and use this instrument effectively shifts not only our own consciousness and those who receive (hear) our sounds, but also stimulates healing in your body. SO not only do our words create our emotions and our reality, creating cause and effect, correspondence, compensation, they are vibrations, they have polar opposites, the are part of the law of action, and rhythm, law of attraction and transmutation, but all of this is happening because they are frequency. We are frequency. Our consciousness and decisions are frequency. And it is the use of these frequencies that we can create healing in our bodies and in the world. YOU can use your voice to bring balance and healing into the body in many ways. This type of healing is called toning. Toning is an ancient method of healing. The idea is simply to restore you to you Harmonic frequency. When you’ve had a long day and you come home, sit down and what do you do? AHhhhhhhhhh. This sound, actually and physically relaxes the cells in your body. Just the sound of ahhhhhhhh stimulates healing in the body. Any prolonged vowel sound can bring healing into the body. It can clear the chakras. Humming is another healing tool. There are studies out now about how just humming brings healing into the body. Your voice is a tool for your body. It was designed with the frequencies, the song of YOUR cells, and you can use it to heal and balance your body. Sing the vowels, sing the scale, if your voices cracks or is out of tune, keep repeating that sound until it clears. Toning the body works when singing vowel sounds. Vowels carry the “information energy” of speech, whereas consonants act to break up the energy flow. So just make sounds using vowels. Even moaning can be a source for release in the body. It’s not the same as when you use words. Although singing your favorite song is definitely good for your body too. Tho Healing actually begins to happen when you just make sounds. Your voice creates your LIFE SONG. Your life IS a song. Your body is a symphony of harmonic vibrations. Every organ, every bone, every cell in the body has its own resonant frequency. The words you speak add the lyrics to this song. You are a field of sound frequencies. You have the power to create your own happiness or unhappiness with the powerful gift of your voice. You have power to heal your body or cause harm Your existence is a song to the universe of all you are. So what is your life Song? Every day, every moment is a new cord to your life song. Its your declaration to the universe to create your happiness or unhappiness. By raising your vibration through joy and healing, you not only help yourself, but you can help heal the world. Imagine we all have a life song in a balanced harmonic state of love and healing. If we all choose to apply the principles of spiritualism and the laws of nature, we can raise the vibration on this planet and create peace on Earth. You have the power to heal yourself, change your life and those around you, and help heal the Earth, by using high vibrational words. It doesn't cost anything yet you will receive abundance in many ways. You create your own happiness or unhappiness using the laws of nature. What is your intention in this life? What is your life song? What is your song to the Universe? You have a powerful voice!, Use your intention, your actions and and your voice to create a better world for all of us.

![]() Why, You May Be Asking, Are We are Into Sound, Frequency, Energy and Healing the World? Jill and I have been led and drawn to this Movement for Peace project through flowing synchronicities. It’s so exciting to see where it has led us. One of the synchronicities that has come up since we made the decision to take the sacred journey on the week of the alignment July 28, 2019 is DRAGONS. This was delightful for me as I am a Game of Throne Fan, as is my family. One of the synchronicities around Dragons came up when we discovered Rory Duff, leading Geo-biologist, author and researcher (http://roryduff.com) Not long after making a commitment to the Sacred Journey on the week of the Cosmic Alignment, I fell asleep watching You tube and awoke to a documentary he had recently posted call Holy Grail Found. It resonated so profoundly I watched several times, took notes and shared with Jill. It was through Rory we discovered that The Dragon Lines were arriving on the planet, and this is a very important energetic moment on earth. We contacted him I ask him to help explain the arrival of the Dragon Line Energy. I’ll give you chosen quotes now and include the entire article if you want to know more. It is quite complex but fascinating! AND all to do with sound, vibration and energy! Chosen quotes from Rory’s article: Pardon English spelling, they say we do it all wrong! Serpent and Dragon imagery is perhaps the commonest universal symbol in the World… We should… investigate why the Serpent symbolism was adopted and not some other animal. The answer to this exists in the very nature in which a snake moves compared to other creatures. It advances with a side to side motion. ….we are now left looking for something that is found everywhere and goes right round the World and which also moves from side to side. There is only one thing in nature that we know does this – the Sound lines, or as the Aboriginals called them – the Song lines. These are the linear features of high pressure sound waves that are arise within a field of sound that come from our inner core. This means the linear concentrations of sound cross over each other. Where the larger and more powerful lines cross over, we find ancient and modern sacred sites like stone circles, hypogeums, cathedrals and holy mountains. Sound emanates from the inner core because it is acting as a transducer converting energy from electromagnetism, neutrinos and other sources, into sound energy. It seems our ancient ancestors could sense these high pressure concentrations and their intersections and they soon came to realise that the inaudible, low frequency sounds there had beneficial qualities if they allowed their minds to connect and resonate with them the right way. They would have also noticed the slow side to side movement these lines exhibited. This is thought to be because of the slow expansion and contraction of the solid inner core within the molten outer core and its resulting effect as sound waves. These ancient priests and shamans would have also noticed that these linear features ran right across the land and the sea. If the few adepts, who could sense these lines, had tried to describe them, to people who could neither see or feel them, they would have most probably tried to liken them to something that could be seen that behaved in a similar way. The closest analogy would have been a snake. But these were much bigger than normal snakes so they would have described these as giant snakes or wyrms. Later even bigger stronger more powerful lines would have likely been called Dragons. The most powerful sound lines of them all, would have quite possibly then been called by the ancient Chinese Sages as the Emperor Dragons. Today we have just six pairs of these particular Dragons that now encircle the World. What is perhaps most curious is that these Dragons seem to appear and then disappear over time. Current scientific thinking is that this is linked to the ultimate source of the energies that produce these sound waves. This source seems now to be galactic with cosmic energy coming from Active Galactic Nucleii and the large superwaves of energy that are ejected from them every few thousand years. These energies then travel the long distances outward in all directions and part of these waves will possibly, at some point in time, reach to the Earth. This however may not happen if they are blocked in their journey by any interstellar magnetic fields… So Serpents, Dragons and Emperor Dragons are symbols for three different types of Earth Energies that emanate from our inner core. One might consider that the Serpent energy is sourced from the Earth’s electromagnetism and other related energies. The Dragon energy could be considered to have originated from our Sun in various transformative ways and the Emperor Dragon energy seems to be sourced from distant galaxies and their centres. If you you can read Rory Duff’s entire article below and join his facebook page and check out his website http://roryduff.com. We will be interviewing him in Scotland on the day of the alignment for our upcoming documentary! We are sooooo lucky. Serpent and Dragon Symbolism Rory Duff Serpent and Dragon imagery is perhaps the commonest universal symbol in the World. They have been found to have been used in nearly all the ancient cultures and in many of the newer ones. They have come to represent many things over the years from Life force, rebirth, transformation, eternity, hidden knowledge to just raw potent power. In their earliest usage in China they were considered benevolent and that they could bring fortune. The snakes were described as being so large that they could coil right around the World like the Aboriginal Rainbow serpent, the Peruvian Sachamama and like Jormungandr, the Nordic Sea Serpent. As later religious authorities arrived to stamp their control over the myths and legends of pagan beliefs, Serpents and Dragon were turned into evil monsters that had to be destroyed. One example of this is with the Gnostic Garden of Eden Snake that was originally considered to be an Instructor and a teacher. This was turned into a beguiling evil ‘tempter’ of those who were good. With all these references to good and evil and with the representations of power, transformation and eternity, we have to realise that the symbol itself has not actually been identified. All we have learnt is what the thing that is being symbolised can do. These are the properties of the symbol and not the symbol itself. To establish exactly what is being symbolised we must first recognise that this symbol is universal, and as such, it needs a universal interpretation. In other words it must represent something that is global in its nature and in its effects. We should also investigate why the Serpent symbolism was adopted and not some other animal. The answer to this exists in the very nature in which a snake moves compared to other creatures. It advances with a side to side motion. So we are now left looking for something that is found everywhere and goes right round the World and which also moves from side to side. There is only one thing in nature that we know does this – the Sound lines, or as the Aboriginals called them – the Song lines. These are the linear features of high pressure sound waves that are arise within a field of sound that come from our inner core. Spherical standing waves of very low frequency sounds emanate from the inner core and they display these patterns on the surface. They have different Eigenmodes of frequencies and they run in several different directions. This however may not happen if they are blocked in their journey by any interstellar magnetic fields. It is the regular but intermittent superwaves and the irregular shielding effect of the intersteller magnetic fields that determine if and when these energies arrive at the Earth. This determines when these Emperor Dragons appear and disappear. When these galactic energies reach the Earth’s atmosphere, some of the energy is converted to neutrinos and these carry on by passing right through the Earth. However some of these neutrinos are slightly defracted by the hexagonal close packed iron nickel inner core and some of their energy is transferred to it and ‘transduced’ by the core into the lowest frequency sound waves that we now find on the surface of the Earth. So Serpents, Dragons and Emperor Dragons are symbols for three different types of Earth Energies that emanate from our inner core. One might consider that the Serpent energy is sourced from the Earth’s electromagnetism and other related energies. The Dragon energy could be considered to have originated from our Sun in various transformative ways and the Emperor Dragon energy seems to be sourced from distant galaxies and their centres. What remains a mystery though is just how beneficial these sound energies could be to humans and how we can maximise the potential of this natural energy.
